I acknowledge that the team members from One Whole Heart Ministry (OWHM) have voluntarily agreed to facilitate OWHM inner healing sessions and/or mentoring groups. I understand that individual and group sessions are not professional counseling, and the team members are not necessarily licensed counselors. I understand that team members have undergone OWHM inner healing training and are relying upon the guidance of the Holy Spirit to help me achieve more freedom in my life. I understand the Lord is the only Healer.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily seeking assistance of my own initiative and understand that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice or help that I receive from the team members of this ministry.

I acknowledge that OWHM does not charge for inner healing sessions or group mentoring sessions, and that I am under no obligation to contribute to the ministry financially; however, I recognize that all efforts to build this ministry come directly from the donations of those receiving these life-changing services. I understand that OWHM does accept donations, and I will prayerfully consider donating to support further development and expansion of the ministry to enable others to experience freedom and wholeness.

I acknowledge that at some time during the inner healing process, my healing minister will encourage me to attend group mentoring sessions that occur once per week for a specific duration of time. I understand that these mentoring sessions are necessary to give me the support and teaching I need to live in healing and wholeness. I further understand that should I choose not to participate in the group mentoring sessions, it is more likely that the enemy will regain territory in my heart, and I likely will experience more difficulty walking out my healing.

I understand the information I disclose during individual healing sessions is confidential unless collaboration is needed from other healing ministers, the information will assist in training, or I am in danger or endangering others. I understand that OWHM mandatorily reports child and elder abuse to the proper authorities. I agree to keep the information others disclose during group sessions confidential to honor their personal story and to ensure a place of safety for everyone.

I agree to hold OWHM and its team members free from all liability, loss, or damage of any kind that may arise due to assistance which I have received or from any involvement with OWHM or its ministries.​​
